Points and usage
Points are used for operations that generate or calculate results. Costs differ by feature and response mode. Review the amount displayed before an operation.
Conversation costs
After sign-in, Quick reply (Quick) costs 2 points per reply for every account. In-depth reading (Pro) costs 5 points per reply and requires eligible access. The guest trial exchange remains free; signing in does not retroactively charge for that completed trial.
Basic card meanings, casting interpretation, date selection and other tools are different operations. Do not apply a conversation price to every feature. Access and points are also checked separately: having points does not necessarily unlock every paid theme.
Check your balance
When signed in, Points at the top right of the conversation page shows your balance. Select it to review usage. Membership and settings remain in the bottom-left account area. Membership terms provide the relevant monthly allowance, while rewards or legacy access can affect the effective numbers. See Web plans and pricing for purchase prices.
Interruptions and errors
Wait for a clear success, failure or status-confirmation message. Stopping the page, closing a browser or losing the connection does not necessarily mean the server never completed the operation, or that no points were used.
If the outcome is uncertain, return to the original conversation and check usage before retrying. Repeated clicks are not a reliable way to recover a request.
Insufficient points
Select Upgrade or Plans in the bottom-left account area to open the pricing page and review existing memberships and monthly allowances. The website does not currently sell standalone points packs. Existing members can first check usage and allowance renewal rules. After a purchase, verify the account, order and balance before buying again.
