Do I need an account to draw cards?
No. You can draw and read the basic meanings first. Guests share one complete trial exchange across card follow-ups and general conversation, then sign in to continue.
Are birth details required for a card reading?
Not for drawing or basic meanings. Signed-in general conversation requires the relevant profile details, and deeper themes have their own access and calibration requirements.
How are cards, casting and date selection different?
Fangcun cards offer perspectives through a card spread. Casting forms and interprets a hexagram and its changes. Date selection compares dates for a particular activity. They retain separate entry points and can lead into further conversation.
Why complete calibration?
It records real experiences by year to provide context. It does not require you to prove a chart correct, and completing more entries does not guarantee more accurate predictions.
Does Pro include unlimited conversation?
No. Membership provides access and a points allowance. Responses still follow the chosen mode and account pricing. Check the cost before sending and the balance in Usage.
Why is my card journal missing on another device?
Sign in to the web or app with the same account to revisit saved readings and continue their original conversations. Guest readings stay in the browser where you drew them. To keep one across devices, sign in and open its conversation.
Does turning memory off delete chats?
No. Using memory, automatically extracting it, deleting memory and deleting source conversations are separate actions. Manage them through the appropriate controls.
Can I correct birth details or ask about a family member?
You can correct your birth details under the displayed rules, which may affect calibration. Put another person's details in the archive, with appropriate permission, rather than replacing your own.
Does changing language translate old conversations?
The interface and guides can change language; existing messages retain their original text. Ask explicitly if you want to continue in a different language.
